DIAMOND TONACHINO LIME PLASTER - medium grain

DIAMOND Tonachino lime plaster - medium grain is a finishing coating, based on seasoned and filtered lime-putty, inert natural fillers and special binding additives. It is easy to apply, and it has an extremely good filling power.  Diamond Tonachino lime plaster is suitable interior walls and ceiling surfaces. It perfectly becomes stable over time and maintains its unaltered breathability of the base with regard to high permeability to water.

Diamond Tonachino lime plaster - medium aggregates is available in white paste. 

Recommended application: prime the surface for Diamond Tonachino lime plaster with our special Diamond lime primer. In case if the material dries fast before achieving desired finish, it is possible to moisten the surface with clean water by using spray bottle. This method allows the material to extend its wetness for continued compact. 

FIRST COAT: apply Diamond Tonachino lime plaster - medium grain with Diamond Pro stainless steel trowel, evenly.

SECOND COAT: when the first coat is completely dry, use Diamond Pro stainless steel trowel to spreading the product. At about approximately 60% to 70% dry, begin to compress the material by holding the trowel in an inclined position, and compact material to create a finish of your desire.

Seal the finished coat with Diamond Aqua-Shield (apply with a roller or a sponge), and wax (apply with a trowel or a rag) with Diamond Wax.

THEORETICAL COVERAGE PER 4 GALLON PAIL - 2 COATS: 130 sq. ft. (depends on thickness of the coats).

Diamond Tonachino lime plaster can be custom mixed to any Benjamin Moore, Pratt & Lambert, Sherwin Williams, and Farrow  and Bowl colors, for additional cost.
